Yoga isn't just for big kids! Your little one's muscles are growing so fast and this class will show you ways to encourage body awareness at a pace suited for them. Yoga creates healthy and happy babies at all stages in development. You and your little one will enjoy engaging music, bonding poses, and movements that aid in digestion and better sleeping patterns.
(ages 2 - 3.5 with mommy!)
Have fun with your little one(s) as you bond in this class doing yoga movements together and relaxing breathing techniques. Not only will kids have a blast learning new ways to strengthen their bodies, but they will learn to focus, build social skills, and learn self-expression in a whole new way!
